I enjoyed working with WACADS Group Inc. on the "HRM and Training Project for WACADS Group Inc." My program's collaboration focused on defining strategic compensation management policies. Throughout the project, the team at WACADS Group Inc. was highly collaborative and supportive. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to develop comprehensive compensation policies tailored to their unique needs. Their willingness to share insights and engage with the students was instrumental in the success of this project. Overall, the experience was highly positive, and I am grateful for the chance to work with such an engaged and innovative organization. I look forward to working together on potential future projects.

My class has been working with WACADS for the past two semester on AI projects relating to transportation, logistics real estate & construction. It is quite interesting to learn something as new as AI. Though most of the concepts seemed over our heads, Ms. Liz made us comfortable to learn about AI's disruptiveness into these industries. She also gave us room to investigate through SWOT & PESTELE what are generic and what are posing as challenges in North American markets. As a human-centric approach to technology, we were made comfortable to learn the basics of competitiveness and strategy the industry is going through. Thank you so much WACADS.
