I'm the Associate Director of Workforce Development at National University where I focus on integrating workforce assets into our courses. I serve as a bridge between industry and academia with a commitment to improving the employability of our graduates.
Prior to joining NU, I served as Director of Student Success for Pearson's non-degree product portfolio and consulted with universities on outcome assessment and learning analytics. My research interests include employability and career success, learning analytics and assessment of student learning.
My experience in higher ed began at Jones International University where I was Chair of International Education. I developed internationalization strategies and managed dual degree programs with partner institutions in Latin America.
