


CRM Implementation for BGOLDN
The main goal for the project is to streamline BGOLDN's customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve donor management, financial analysis, and workflow automation. This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Data cleaning to consolidate CRM contacts and eliminate duplicates. - Analyzing historical donor and financial data to identify trends and patterns. - Generating impactful reports within the CRM system to provide insights for decision-making. - Creating a dashboard for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators. - Implementing workflow automation for email communication and report generation. - Developing a best practices CRM guide for in-house use after the project.

The Golden Backpack Program paved the way for distributing food and meals to Golden school children and families, and now, we will expand the mission! GBP evolved to be part of BGOLDN, the non-profit created with the City of Golden to address the impacts of COVID-19 on its residents We are seeking help in the following areas. Part 1: Marketing Management 1. Identify issues with https://bgoldn.org/ that may be preventing conversion (site speed, navigational challenges, etc.) 2. Complete a competitive analysis (marketing methods, products, service, pricing) 3. Complete an SEO analysis to provide direction on opportunities to rank higher organically in search results and help lead content creation 4. Create a comprehensive report outlining actionable steps BGOLDN can take that will improve donations Part 2: Fundraising Strategy A plan following the four stages of Define, Design, Pilot, and Scale. Strategic partnership opportunities. Research opportunities to increase fundraising. Designing a fundraising campaign for a non-profit. Creating a marketing strategy to highlight the social impact of your business on your customers or the environment. Developing a campaign to highlight positive social impact behaviours of our organization.
