This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Data cleaning to consolidate CRM contacts and eliminate duplicates.
- Analyzing historical donor and financial data to identify trends and patterns.
- Generating impactful reports within the CRM system to provide insights for decision-making.
- Creating a dashboard for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Implementing workflow automation for email communication and report generation.
- Developing a best practices CRM guide for in-house use after the project.
By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:
- Cleaned and consolidated CRM contacts with a documented process for future maintenance.
- Analyzed historical donor and financial data with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Implemented impactful reports and a dashboard within the CRM system.
- Automated workflow for email communication and report generation.
- Created a comprehensive best practices CRM guide for internal use.
