The goal of this project is to develop user management services for Project: Human City. This includes creating a reputation system, user profiles, notification system, and content moderation. The services should be integrated into Co-quest, Lotus Learning, and Spotstich web apps.

Project: Human City Widgets Design
The main goal for the project is to design a series of widgets for a web app and mobile app that align with the goals of the People Planning Project. The widgets should be for a budgeting tool, polling tool, and budgeting tool to promote financial literacy and social learning within the IoT infrastructure and free access to the Internet. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Understanding the goals and mission of the People Planning Project - Designing and developing widgets for the web app and mobile app - Testing the widgets for functionality and user experience - Incorporating social learning and environmental stewardship elements into the widgets

The primary objective of this project is to develop a spatially intelligent smart green building platform that enhances indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring and management through AI-driven analytics and IoT devices. This platform aims to revolutionize smart building management by leveraging real-time sensor data, AI-based anomaly detection, and multi-modal retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve air quality and environmental conditions in commercial and residential buildings. Key focus areas include: Integration with External Data Sources : Connect with public air quality datasets, IoT sensor networks, and corporate environmental reports to enhance IAQ analytics. Localized LLMs with Multi-Modal RAG : Use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for analyzing sensor data and generating actionable insights on air quality trends. CRM Optimization for Irresistible Cakes
Irresistible Cakes, a growing bakery business, is seeking to enhance its customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities to improve customer engagement and streamline operations. The project involves researching various CRM solutions to identify the most cost-effective option that aligns with the company's needs. Students will create a comprehensive grid comparing the pros and cons of each solution, including the possibility of building a custom CRM through Riipen. Additionally, the project requires cleaning and importing existing customer data into the chosen CRM system, if the CRM is readily available. The team will also assist in setting up email automations, sequences, and reminders to enhance customer communication. Finally, students will explore and implement other functionalities that could benefit the business, ensuring the CRM system is fully optimized for Irresistible Cakes' operations.
