The goal of this project is to analyze our current suppliers for equipment, and make suggestions for improvement. We need to source different suppliers for our equipment based on the region the equipment is going to, and often the best supplier for North America isn't available in other regions. We would also like to get a risk analysis of our current suppliers to ensure we are able to prepare accordingly. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching current suppliers and their locations. - Analyzing the quality and cost of the products from each supplier. - Identifying potential alternative suppliers in different regions. - Assessing the risk associated with each supplier. - Making recommendations for improvement.
