New Employee Training Development
Our company has a large number of employees depending on the time of year. We need an online course that will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide our HR personnel with standardized feedback and data about employee progress. We would like to automate our onboarding process for this high-turnover department and reduce the time spent by HR personnel on repetitive onboarding tasks.

Website Development II
We would like a new website for our organization. We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.

We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Fundraising Plan
Our organization is committed to serving our target population. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to develop a fundraising plan to meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Familiarizing themselves with our past fundraising activities and donors. Conducting background research on fundraising strategies. Recommending suitable fundraising strategies and creating a timeline / calendar of these activities. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in implementing new fundraising activities.

Analyzing Sales Trends
We believe we have a good handle on our customer but we are lacking some knowledge into the acquisition of our customers. It is important for us to go back to the data we have on our sales process to determine key trends and patterns that will help us make informed decisions for the future of our business. Some areas that we hope to analyze include, but are not limited to, sales cycle length, average sale price, average ROI/customer, buying behaviours, etc.

The company seeks to develop a strategic plan to effectively introduce its products to new retail and wholesale partners and increase its market share.
