Business Plan Development for myAIpathway Inc.

The company also owns FRED, an innovative eCommerce platform tailored for the agriculture sector. FRED connects farmers with a community focused on healthy, sustainably grown, and organic produce. The business plan will include the already created marketing plan, and risk assessment plan. The marketing plan is comprehensive outlining strategies to enhance market presence, optimize service offerings, and expand the reach of FRED. Learners will apply their knowledge of business strategy and financial planning to create a plan that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. The project will involve reviewing the comprehensive marketing plan, developing income projections, and cashflow forecasts for the next three years.
