Our goal for this project is to transform ARHT 's pre-existing data into a compelling narrative that provides the marketing team with a clear understanding of their current performance and keeps our executive team informed about marketing performance and ROI. The main objective is to set up and optimize ARHT's marketing dashboarding and reporting systems, standardizing our reporting structure to deliver clear, insightful reports to senior leadership. Participants in this project will gain hands-on experience with leading marketing platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. They will report on various digital marketing areas, including: Website Traffic and Performance : Analyzing visitor metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates. SEO Performance : Tracking keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and organic search traffic. Social Media Engagement : Measuring likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement across social media platforms. Email Marketing : Evaluating open rates, click-through rates, and overall email campaign performance. Paid Advertising : Assessing the effectiveness of PPC campaigns, ad spend, and ROI. Lead Generation : Tracking the number and quality of leads generated through various channels.
