The main goal for the project is to conduct user testing, analyze the data gathered, and make improvement recommendations to enhance the user experience of SF Factor's ESG reporting platform. This includes collaborating with development teams to incorporate customer feedback into product iterations and monitoring product performance after each iteration.


Deliverables

- Conducting user tests (UX)


- Planning of plateform test sessions


- Defining test scenarios and preparing necessary materials


- Analyzing data gathered during tests and identifying trends, strengths, and weaknesses of the tool


- Presenting findings and improvement recommendations to relevant teams


- Collaborating with development teams to incorporate customer feedback into product iterations


- Monitoring and evaluating product performance after each iteration


- Conducting competitive intelligence and industry analysis
