They are skilled in using classical and modern techniques such as: Enzyme purification and kinetics Chromatography (ion exchange, size exclusion) Gel electrophoresis (agarose and SDS-PAGE) Protein crystallization and characterization Mammalian and bacterial cell culture Bioinformatics and structural biology tools​ Learners also excel in scientific literacy, including maintaining comprehensive laboratory notebooks and preparing formal reports and presentations. Their ability to collaborate in teams ensures effective project execution and problem-solving​

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Albion College to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. The students are enrolled in a course is intended as an introduction to the study of drug use, abuse, and addiction, with a focus on recreationally used drugs. Students are exposed to a variety of approaches all based on the scientific literature of drug use that will examine how drugs influence our brain and behavior as well as the consequences of drug use for society.
