The project aims to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices in office administration. This will involve analyzing current workflows, researching industry standards, and recommending improvements. The goal is to create a more efficient administrative system that can support the company's expansion without compromising on quality or service delivery. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of business administration and process optimization in a real-world setting.

Deliverables
