GEF Seniors is seeking innovative strategies to keep volunteers engaged and committed over time. The challenge lies in providing meaningful experiences, support, and recognition to ensure volunteers feel valued and motivated. This project aims to develop a comprehensive engagement plan that leverages classroom knowledge in volunteer management and organizational behavior. The goal is to create a sustainable model that enhances volunteer satisfaction and retention. Students will analyze current engagement practices, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions. The project will focus on creating a supportive environment that fosters long-term volunteer commitment and aligns with GEF Seniors' mission.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed engagement strategy document outlining proposed initiatives and improvements. Students will also create a presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations.
