- Conduct a comprehensive review of Unboxme Gifts' current marketing strategy and budget.
- Provide recommendations on leveraging and improving the marketing strategy, with a focus on the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, and Promotion).
- Analyze and provide insights on how to leverage social media channels to reach different customer groups effectively.
- Conduct an external analysis, including customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis, to assess the performance of the marketing mix strategy.
- Deliver a detailed report outlining the findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for Unboxme Gifts' marketing strategy.
- Present the findings and recommendations to the Unboxme Gifts team in a formal presentation.
We will provide learners with dedicated mentors for weekly or biweekly meetings, access to necessary tools and data, and a structured support system including regular check-ins, feedback, a Slack channel, or any preferred workflow.
