This project aims to bridge the gap between user expectations and the platform's current capabilities. Learners will analyze client feedback, identify key areas for improvement, and propose actionable enhancements. The goal is to ensure the platform meets user needs while maintaining a seamless user experience. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of user experience design, feedback analysis, and digital platform development.
**Will share course platform in detail during interview or meeting times**
- A comprehensive report summarizing client feedback and identifying key areas for improvement.
- A prioritized list of proposed feature enhancements based on feedback analysis.
- Development and changes applied directly to the platform.
- A presentation to The Health Aisle team outlining the findings and recommendations.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
