Learners
Each student group (4–5 members) will be assigned your company and will work on
three deliverables across 8–10 weeks:
- Company Background Report
- Review your company’s products/services, market position, channels, and current strategic posture.
- Conduct a PESTEL analysis and compare your company with 2–3 direct
competitors.
2. Strategic Management & Problem-Solving Template (SMPT)
- Identify critical issues in areas like Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
- Evaluate two strategic management options (e.g., expansion, digitalization,
restructuring).
Provide actionable recommendations supported by SWOT and risk analyses.
3. Strategy Formulation Report
- Apply frameworks like Porter’s Five Forces, Strategy Choice Cascade, and Resource-Based View.
- Define a winning playground (target market, product focus, channels).
- Recommend a strategy with implementation steps, KPIs, and risk management
guidance.
