Remote meeting between designated student team leads and organization to confirm project scope and discuss communication styles and important dates.

If desired by the industry partner, students will submit a status report to the organization that includes an outline of their deliverables and identifies any gaps in research or data that need to be addressed before the project can be completed.

Learners
Final deliverables for each student group include:
- A written report detailing the specific explanations and instructions related to the project assignment.
- (Optional) Each group will complete a 20-minute presentation highlighting their findings and recommendations.

Project Examples
Requirements
Students, in groups of 4 or 5, will develop a training program or tool that will help your organization overcome a specific challenge.
Project tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Completing a needs assessment, based on information you have provide for review.
- Providing a training proposal, based on needs assessment outcomes.
- Creating a performance support tool employees can use as a reference.
- Providing an evaluation tool to measure a training initiative outcome.
- Developing appropriate training materials and delivery method(s).
