Final deliverables for each student group include:

  • A written report detailing the specific explanations and instructions related to the project assignment.
  • (Optional) Each group will complete a 20-minute presentation highlighting their findings and recommendations.

Project Examples

Requirements

Students, in groups of 4 or 5, will develop a training program or tool that will help your organization overcome a specific challenge.

Project tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing a needs assessment, based on information you have provide for review.
  • Providing a training proposal, based on needs assessment outcomes.
  • Creating a performance support tool employees can use as a reference.
  • Providing an evaluation tool to measure a training initiative outcome.
  • Developing appropriate training materials and delivery method(s).
